Understanding, exploring and recognizing “the problem” through mental models that vibe with experience and knowing it as a shared problem of humanity. The thing we wrestle with will bless us. We must know the thing we wrestle with. So that could be one aspect to dig into for what you have planned. I think spontaneously a consciousness shift could begin. There is no escape, only the struggle, punctuated with transcendence. Group Zoom will be good. Start small, without big plans.

Finally, someone not telling me to simply let it go!

“Only by consciously remembering the ingrained “teachings” we’ve absorbed can we begin to let them go.”

It’s paradoxical, in order to “let it go” we have to remember it, maybe all (the worst) of it, to learn from it, in order to let it go.

Tom: "Which aspect of an individual consciousness-shifting experience would most appeal to you? What specific challenges would you hope it addresses in your life?"

Me: I think I'd have to say the anxiety of life transition and the related need to see the dance more clearly. The incredibly mind-f***ing metrics of money and status as obstacles to same. How to stop and smell the roses.

Tom: "What format would be most valuable to you—short videos, workshops, immersive retreats, or something else entirely?"

Me: I tend to favor bite-size experiences. Even a book is read in bites. One book I'm reading now - "You Only Die Once" is full of assignments. It's slow going but I'm going. So I'd say short videos or written pieces. Workshops are another possibility. I'm the kind of person that needs how-to.

Tom: What would make these offerings worth your investment of time and resources?

Me: The fact that it comes from you.

Well good morning and thank you again. You and I so often seem to be pointing in the same direction. I love both your ideas and intentions. AND yes, our lives are Personal. Fulfillment and meaning making is each one's gift to use, create, and act with "coherencing" as only each of us can experience, or not. Words can entrap us keeping us coming back to the same ole issues. Where and how to act beyond those traps, especially when we don't even know that there are other ways to act. ANd yet we do act newly with each breath. Noticing how we are feeling, experiencing aliveness that keeps generating, life's organic ways. I say, one step at a time, one breath as needed. Life keeps moving us along. We can and do get to choose again, and again. This is our agency. I call for remembering that agency and feeling how good it feels when we invite the whole of that agency alive to fulfill and give meaningful satisfaction. It's truly a world that works for humans all. Maybe it's even life's organism ways. Thanks much.
